Purpose and legal basis for processing your personal data

When you send your name, e-mail address, telephone number, date of birth, indication of city and country, your application, your CV, portrait photo, diplomas and any test results, we process your personal data to evaluate your candidacy and your suitability for the position, including whether we will offer you an interview and, if necessary, the job.

If you are not hired for the position you have applied for, we will store your data for potential use for future vacancies, unless you delete your information from the database or specifically ask us to remove it.

If you provide references in your application, we may collect information about you from these references, including, among other things, information about your work experience and skills.

The legal basis for the processing is consent in accordance with the Data Protection Regulation article 6, paragraph 1, letter a.
In most cases, we will collect the information directly from you. However, in certain cases we will also collect information about you from your other references as listed in your application material and/or other publicly available sources such as LinkedIn.
