Job summary

As an Assistant Event Manager, you will be employed in the Event department, working on events in Denmark. You will assist in executing events and are responsible for the daily operation of the event unit that you are assigned to from event to event (eg. Food truck, Container, or Event Bar ), ensuring the highest performance possible in all areas within the operation through sparring with your Event Manager. You will travel with the rest of the event team and your manager to different events in different areas of Denmark.

You assist the Event Manager in ensuring that your Event unit adheres to market-specific legal requirements, company policies, risk, and compliance structures. By having a full overview of your unit and leading the team members working with you, you will ensure efficient workflows, great guest experiences, and high-quality products.

 Your overall success in this position depends on your ability to coordinate and execute a well-organized event, where all operational requirements are followed in order to deliver lasting impressions on our community and customers. Ultimately you are accountable for meeting the cost budget and reaching individual event’s sales targets.


Key responsibilities

Effectively lead the team of colleagues working with you at events in alignment with company virtues and operational principles. You will be the key driver of the DAILY CONCEPT WORKFLOW with full responsibility for implementing, maintaining and optimizing performance across the entire team through having a holistic overview of Team Positioning and Care Optics.  

Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy working environment by enforcing both local and company hygiene, health, and safety standards, as well as ensuring controlled cash and card handling procedures on all events.

Ensure workflow is optimal and in accordance with Daily Concept Workflow and Team Positioning.


Key performance indicators

Hygiene standards, pest and fire safety control, and overall event unit compliance.

Complaints, waiting time, product availability, store audits.             

Sales target, DOC, salary cost, and productivity.


Your qualifications

 SM Jr level & above.

Drivers license.

Commitment to maintain high operational standards.
