IT Associate - Tech R&D and Corporate IT 

The position as IT Associate is a newly established position, expanding our existing IT Support team to accommodate our continued growth. The role will be fulltime and based in our Global HQ in Copenhagen and will be part of our Corporate IT-team within our global Tech Research & Development department. The overall responsibility will be IT-support and technical implementation of Corporate IT projects. The role will have close collaboration with our Developers and Product Owner teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide IT-support 
• Hands-on implementation of Corporate IT-projects and compliance framework
• Propose and implement proactive improvements

Key qualifications

• Experience in working in an international IT-environment
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft platforms (M365), and IT-solutions in general, cloud, cyber security and IT compliance
• Independent and proactive work style
• Fluent in English
• Advantage to have experience in JIRA service management usage, setup and configuration
