We have three available roles for this project: Expansion Project Leader, Expansion Trainer, and Campus Trainer.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Expansion Project Leader
We are seeking an Expansion Project Leader to oversee the on-site operations for the new location/s. This role involves leading a variety of tasks from campus set-up, training plans, Joe systems and machinery set-up to liaising with the local partners and HQ franchise team on a regular basis.
* Lead the operational setup of the new market and support day-to-day activities (in the field)
* Coordinate with various stakeholders including HQ departments to ensure seamless execution on-site
* Oversee training programs, implementations, general SOPs, and store routines
* Manage the new store opening schedule and the associated operational organization
* Directly lead all Expansion Trainers and liase with all Joe & The Juice employees deployed in the market
* This role will report to the overall franchise project lead and head of franchise.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Expansion Trainer
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven team of Expansion Trainers to take ownership of all operational processes, preparation and execution on high level training and new store openings. This role will ensure seamless launches optimising 4-wall performance and assisting the local team to drive strong P&L for the first 4-6 months after the opening. The Expansion Training will be guiding a team of Campus Trainers below and co-ordinating with the Expansion Project Leader on site.
Formerly known as the 'SWAT', the role of Expansion Trainer is a project-focused position aimed at training staff at all levels, from Store Manager down. The Expansion Trainer will assist in store openings and system setups, with a focus on operational excellence.
* Provide and guide comprehensive training to local staff on all Moneyball levels
* Support store management during the setup phase and through to the store opening
* Ensure the correct implementation of operational procedures
* Conduct regular progress reviews and identify potential risks & opportunities
* This role will report to the expansion project lead in the market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Campus Trainer
We are looking for Campus Trainers to deliver training on all Juicer Modules in a campus setting. This includes instilling the brand's cultural values and ensuring that new employees understand and embrace JOE & THE JUICE’s ethos. As a Campus Trainer, you will play a key role in introducing the JOE culture to the market and ensuring alignment with the brand’s standards.
* Conduct training sessions for local employees on all Juicer Modules
* Provide cultural training to foster the JOE & THE JUICE experience
* Implement the E-Campus training platform and add new materials
* This role will report to the expansion project lead in the market.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
Expansion Project Leader: Candidates should have experience at the Regional Manager (RM) level and above.
Expansion Trainer: Candidates should have experience at Bar Manager (BM) level and above.
Campus Trainer: Candidates should have Campus Trainer experience or Shift Manager experience and above.
