Are you passionate about project management and is your Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) toolbox in order? If so, Verdensnaturfonden / WWF Denmark is looking for you.

WWF is looking for a committed and competent colleague who will fight for nature and biodiversity through solid project management and a special focus on MEL and the overall programme quality of our work. You will play an important role in delivering conservation projects while supporting the implementation of systems and approaches for MEL across our portfolio.

What we are looking for:

  • Project management experience, preferably in an international context.
  • Experience with designing, implementing, and improving impact-focused monitoring, evaluation and/or learning systems.
  • You are structured, detail-oriented and results-focused.
  • You are responsible, flexible and a strong team player who, in addition to being a good colleague, also know how project work supports WWF's strategies and objectives. You work independently and can manage processes with multiple internal and external stakeholders, experts, and subcontractors.

You have:

  • A master's degree and project management experience.
  • Experience/qualifications in MEL, formally or informally acquired.
  • Strong written and oral skills in English.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in collecting and using data.

 We offer:

  • An important position in the world's leading nature organization with an inspiring and innovative working environment.
  • The opportunity to contribute meaningfully to conservation impact across a project portfolio that makes a real difference to nature.
  • A good team environment with deep expertise.

You will report to the Head of International Programmes and work closely with colleagues across the Conservation and Business Transformation & Footprint departments. The place of work is Svanevej 12, 2400 Copenhagen NV. The position will require some international travel and the position is to be filled as soon as possible.
