Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Regional Manager to oversee the daily operations and development of our stores within your region. This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest performance in all operational areas, leading to exceptional guest experiences and strong financial performance.
Key Expectations:
- Lead and develop team members with a commercial mindset, aligned with our company virtues and operational principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspire and develop Bar Managers through personalized development plans, engagement actions, in-store training, and team meetings.
- Maintain an optimal talent pipeline across all stores in your region.
- Monitor and control employee engagement, training completion, and employee turnover.
- Monitor and control returning guests, app conversions, complaints, waiting time, product availability, and store audits.
- Oversee compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards, maintaining brand and local guidelines.
- Ensure that your Bar Managers optimize store shift plans according to company standards and workflows.
- Oversee stock handling and inventory management to meet monthly targets.
- Ensure that stores in your region deliver on sales and productivity targets, and balance waste, DOC, salary cost, and overhead costs.

Salary: 5,800.00-7,000.00 per month
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Must be able to lift between 50 and 60 lbs.
Must be able to perform bending, stooping, crouching, and squatting movements.
Must be able to safely handle and use sharp objects.
Must be able to work near and operate a hot grill.
